Dave Sampsell founded BanyanRFP to relieve one his greatest professional frustrations –running manual RFP processes for professional services. He’s a 20-year lawyer and the GC of Digi International, a NASDAQ company. As a result, he has plenty of experience managing both complex legal engagements and legal department budgets. He knows all the highs and the lows of being an in–house lawyer and he is driven to help those like him make more informed, less costly counsel selection decisions via easy to run competitive selection processes. When not practicing law or plotting enhancements to BanyanRFP, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids. An avid sports fan, Dave is still basking in the glory of the Cubs’ 2016 World Series win. As a graduate of Wake Forest and Northwestern Law School, Dave is less hopeful for gridiron success.

Bleeding nothing but Dartmouth green, Kathy is proud alum and faithful volunteer for Dartmouth College. Family, friends and fitness are always on her short list of priorities. She is an ardent supporter of FANA, an orphanage in Bogota, Colombia, where each of her children (now teenagers) spent their first weeks of life.
